ZYXEN is a brand operated by Γκουγκούδης Ηρακλής, a sole proprietorship based in Greece. We provide Umbraco platform engineering, Flutter applications, commerce systems, and AI integration services. Contact: hello@zyxen.gr

We collect information you voluntarily submit via our contact and website-review forms: your name, email address, business name, website URL and the project or review details you provide. Website-review applications also record your chosen review type and required authority and terms confirmations. To understand where an enquiry originated, forms may include the page URL, referring page and campaign parameters. We do not collect sensitive personal data, financial information or data from minors.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use submitted information solely to: (a) respond to your inquiry, (b) assess website-review eligibility, (c) send a confirmation email, and (d) follow up regarding the requested service or review. A public-review application permits ZYXEN to prepare a concept, but no redesign or video is published without separate final written approval. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing without explicit consent.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Form submissions are processed via our secure systems. We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be processed by our email service providers under data processing agreements.
